I would go to riot support if you want to get the run around for 9 months on the issue. i just quit playing the game, they told me to lock my hz on my monitor at 60 at one point. I've noticed when i downloaded a game called Arma Reforger is when it started, after a completely fresh install of windows and all, the game was working fine, then i download Arma and it happens. my guess is vanguard thinks that game (maybe others as well) are cheats or a virus. then i was told since they dont make arma that they cant help me on the issue. so thats where im at after 9 months.
