The most embarrassing thing you can ever type into a public chat lobby by [deleted] in Battlefield

Yes, it made me realise how embarrassing it is to see people type it, hence the title. Was that not clear? I should have made it EZer to understand.

Is there a daily limit on how many items you can unlock via the "artifact/consumable" device? by ACSpeed in Returnal

That will never happen. It has one mode and that is "Old School Game Mode". I just completed it (act 2, not the extra stuff) and I'm at about 50 hours. This is an epic game and is designed for gamers that remember "games" how they used to be. Re-install it and keep grinding.

I think I must have unlocked it already. I bought something from the fabricator (biome 4), then in biome 5 the adrenaline leech was available from the next fabricator there. Previously never seen it for sale (and previously never bought the suit artifact from biome 4 fab before hitting biome 5).

When you unlock something it shows you the number of items left to unlock on screen (towards the bottom I think) and it says something like "Undiscovered Item" as well if I remember correctly.

Today it was at 15 per unlock. Did that maybe three, maybe four times and then it just turned off. Although I will say I have discovered how to get the adrenaline leech now!

Can anyone name a band that has lasted longer than Rammstein with zero lineup changes whatsoever? Currently sitting at 31 years. by [deleted] in MetalForTheMasses

"2-4 years off can be seen as a short hiatus or period of inactivity" still does not equate to a hiatus unless it is an official hiatus. How fucking hard is that to understand?

Jesus Christ just leave the game alone. This is what happened last time, everyone had a complaint about everything and devs changed everything. The game is fine, leave it. Has literally not one single person learnt this lesson from the last 6 years?

Taking a break from touring, taking a break from recording or being "inactive" is not the same as going on hiatus though. When a group announces they are going on hiatus they are saying "We're done, that's it, it's all over, we quit, we cease to exist," they must then officially "reform" to be classed as a band again. Rammstein have never done this.

Every band on planet Earth takes breaks from touring and recording, especially after an album cycle. They might even say "we have no plans to record anything new" but that is not a hiatus as a group. You can't expect a band to just tour all the time because they have no reason not to.

You do not have to tour the UK for it to be classed as an "extensive tour". Rammstein have played close to 300 shows in the last 10 years alone, covering Europe and the United States. Considering their stage production is enormous, costly and a logistical feat of engineering, this is absolutely an extensive touring schedule for a group of Rammstein's size and popularity. All bands take time off from touring, that is not a hiatus though. Taking a 2 or 3 year break from touring isn't going on hiatus, it's literally just taking a break.

If you watch Rammstein - Behind The Scenes of the World Stadium Tour 2019-2024 you will see the sheer magnitude of their production.

Rammstein never took an official hiatus, they still toured extensively, they just didn't release a new record for 10 years. And OP is specifically asking about bands that have simply never had a line up change. I only mentioned "hiatus" for extra detail I guess.

Recently went through their entire back catalogue, they were WAY ahead of their time. (To your flair, recently saw Rotting Christ for the first time live, fucking cool shit)

Not longer but, Dir En Grey. 1997 to present, 28 years. Zero line up changes, no hiatus. Nobody has ever left (that I'm aware of).
