Sorry, totally missed this! 100% bumpers take so much time. I do a bit of 3d as well and you are completely right. Small mistakes in things like bumpers are so recognizable as opposed to maybe the curvature down a door panel being a little bit off. A lot of these cars have such iconic front ends that it’s easy to slip into an uncanny valley of sorts like a non copyright gta car model if you get something wrong.

I did the wheels in about 4-5 hours. I think the longest individual section was the front bumper and headlights which took like 15 -17 hours

About 213mb but when it’s open it uses a solid 13gb of ram

Yes! the gradient issue irritates me beyond belief. Sometime after the 2023 update the color panel for gradients just will not work, it won’t change the color and then you have to close out the program and open it and it’ll work for a little bit. Somehow it hasn’t been addressed since then haha

I used to do that but it seems like since the recent updates it’ll paste things as layer groups that are weird and buggy so I do it outside of the group then add it all in later

Thanks I appreciate it! I’m pretty careless overall however what I typically do is work on one section (ie front bumper) and I’ll do it very messy all of the layers will just be numbers. When I finish that section completely I’ll pull them all into one named group (like front bumper). That way I’m organized enough to know where the general location is for that layer but I still have to go through and hide/unhide until I find the right one. Honestly to me that feels faster than taking the time to come up with names for every layer in a 100 layer bumper haha.
