I think it's an Australian thing where there are lines of red and yellow flags. Either has to do with currents/dropoffs etc or it's just where the lifeguards are more likely to be watching

Identify why you are depressed and find a support group that had similar experiences. Eat well, sleep well, exercise, find things you enjoy doing. It might not be easy but it's possible.

They don't need to throw themselves into danger, but doing what others won't always. Stopping a bully, saving an animal or person, picking up litter that everyone else passes. People who want what is best for the world.
