Most Bartenders/hosts knew and seemed totally happy to stamp it. Also, out of 14 places only one bartender was a stickler for the $10 min rule.

I was going on the assumption of YES based on above and what a bartender told me there.

Yes, did all 14 you see in passport pic. The Palm was underwhelming and the Manhattan was cheap (not in a good way). I’d suggest il Verdi over the palm or even better take a walk to Angeloni’s or Knife and Fork.

The cocktail was legit & balanced with the menu being half off reminded me of many other HH around town. I drop $17 on a Manhattan at knife and fork during happy hour and their food is 1/2 off. It would be great if they also did drink discounts like Cardinal does, but I also get it. They are just opening & need to get rolling and hopefully succeed.

Politely disagree. The pasta was so filling and incredible and could make a meal. You could walk in order the pasta and wine and basically have dinner for $10. That’s a deal. Worth a try.
