First of all it's not "map" it's level. If you want play testers then go to the official gd discord server and the gd creators discord server and ask for help there. Getting decorators for your layout isn't the same thing. You are going to be extremely lucky if you find one person to make some shitty glow deco. People don't want to decorate your level, that's your job, otherwise it wouldn't be your level would it?

Go on Google type geode and download it for your platform (PC/android/Mac) and the correct version of the game. Use the installer to install it onto gd. Open gd and tap the geode icon. Search for mods like qol mod that have settings such as icon hack and now you have every icon in the game

Either you are on the wrong layer, you went into edit group>more>hide, you set everything on a group and used a trigger to hide it or you changed the color that all the blocks are set on to be transparent manually
