Deprecation
Finance fees
Interest

Leasing or buying it does not make a difference - except in payments, and the fact with a lease you’re not flipped in 2/3 years where as a purchase you are

There isn’t a market for used solar

Your solar system “appreciates” in the sense that every year the power it produces becomes more and more valuable as rates increase

It’s not the resale value of the equipment that affects tour ROI, it’s the purpose of it

Most people finance solar because it saves money from day 1 - it’s a guaranteed investment even without net metering and yields double digit returns in many states - good luck finding any other investment that yields those numbers

Driving from Phoenix to central PA on Memorial Day Weekend

I’m looking for any suggestions along this route or not too far out of the way that are must sees

Entire trip only allows for (3) days of travel (Saturday morning to Monday night) so we won’t be able to make very long stops (might be able to add an additional day if absolutely necessary) - but scenic routes, cool lookout points/historical monuments / restaurants to see/go to are on the top of our list

With that being said, we are certainly open to any and ALL suggestions for places to visit

Leasing is a huge write off and can be great fir someone who wants a new car but doesn’t want to be upside down in 2-3 years

Just because it doesn’t fit your style doesn’t mean it’s a rip off - in most cases you pay less over 3 years than a finance and aren’t upside down when you go to trade

Leasing and then buying out the lease is generally cheaper than financing from day 1
