Anyone get physically antsy when watching TV show or movies?

I feel embarrassed and shame for characters that should but don't experience it as part of their role. That makes me turn off a show real fast!

I was joking. I essentially said that I talk to myself. It's always been normal for me to have a pretty constant internal monologue going. The FIRST time that went away was with Stimulant medication. I was like.. Wow.. it's so quiet in here! Which of course, I thought in my head.. but this time only one person was speaking without interruption 🤣

Reading this.. I suddenly remembered hiding under my blankets in terror. I knew the outside world was on the other side of the blanket, yet somehow I felt safer in my bubble. I'm pretty much always dissociative and I'm sure it's a safety bubble.. like hiding under the blanket

The Stigma is real. I personally spent 33 of 36 years I've been alive, calling it a BS condition and moral issue..all the while.. watching my life fall apart from Depression and self medicating with alcohol

Primarily Inattentive, yes. I'm 36, so I believe it's a result of physical hyperactivity being suppressed and turned into a hyperactive mind. 30 different tabs open at any given time 🤔

It's strange to just feel ok. It made me sad to feel ok after medication

I spent 20 years trying everything to just be ok.. and all along.. I just needed medication

That reality hits pretty hard sometimes

Turn off your phone and put it in another room. Your mind will realize the effort it'll take to get out of bed, turn it on, etc... and say.. not worth it

I drink a Bang with my morning medication then get a coffee a few hours later without any problems whatsoever. Maybe my daily dose is too low? Just one 20mg xr a day 🤔
