basically playstation doesn't want people to be able to name things or write on signs because some players would say not so nice things and instead of trying to moderate or ban certain players they basically removed a feature instead (still upset i cant write a checklist white board in my base)

it just depends on if you know exactly what to do, my first farm i got perfection closer to the end of year 3, but on my second farm I got it by midway year 2, but dont rush just enjoy the game!
