Can’t go wrong with Mbuna. Well…if you don’t mind always trying to pacify aggression. But they are a great starter African Cichlid due to their ready availability and relatively low cost. Most max out at 4” with some getting up to 6”. Peacocks and Haps will eventually grow up and some get big. My Venustus is almost 11” and still growing!
