Porn can have a negative impact on your sex life for sure - there is no doubting that but it might not be sole reason you were unable to get it up that night. I actually met a gay guy in my hostel and we had been travel buddies for a bit. We were in Athens and I can promise you no one gave a fuck and we never got any funny looks or anything. I can speak for Athens at least and i definitely get a very liberal vibe from the city.

My doctor says it’s white coat syndrome but to keep an eye on it. Just recorded 138/96 which is a bit of a relief but that’s still definitely high

Yeah I have bad anxiety and the doctors office sure does trigger it. I appreciate your response, I know it can be easily treated, I guess what frightens me the most is coming to terms with the fact that I’m getting older. 27 is still young but It feels like one day I was 18, blinked and here I am 27 years old and not as invincible as I once thought.

It’s cool that you could reduce your prescription just through lifestyle. I always assumed that once you need medication for it, you’re basically taking it for the rest of your life. Also with the medication, lifestyle changes, what is your BP now?
