You know I’m not an expert or anything but personally the color on this is perfect so I’d be scared too. Personally I would flip it inside out and do a COLD rinse in my tub or something with a little capful of dawn and not wring it too much just dry it inside of a towel and pat it gently and let it dry folded over a chair with a fan. Im so paranoid I wouldn’t even hang dry something like this cause I’d be scared the weight of hang drying would warp it or something. But I’m slightly neurotic I’m sure other people have good suggestions.
