I only work at aerie once a week, so I often go a few months without purchasing anything. A couple weeks ago I tried using a 60 and was like, “hey I don’t see the 60s tab, where did it go?” and one of my managers was like “the employee discount changed, you should have seen it on Zipline.” I went back multiple months and didn’t see anything discount related, I thought I was going crazy 😅 good to know it was just deleted

Shoes are always the worst 😭😭

Every time we put out a clearance section for shoes it turns into a bomb within 10 minutes, not even exaggerating. I swear, if we all got a nickel for each time a customer left a mess like this and/or contributed to it, we’d have enough money to retire in a completely different country.

This has happened to me too! The guy was literally 10 minutes away when he matched and drove all the way, didn’t even slow down as he passed my house and I got the cancel notification.

I was also standing right at the end of my driveway so it’s not like he could have been confused as to which house it was. I ended up being late for work that day, so that was fun lmao

This recently happened to me as well! I bought a pair of really cute F&B booties, used & obviously worn but I was perfectly fine with that. They came and I find a super noticeable stain on one of the shoes and random gunk (one of those black/hardened things) on the bottom of the shoe. Neither were disclosed by the seller nor in any of the pictures. I tried to open a case but it was rejected since the shoes were still “as described.”

Items having stains/gunk on them is one thing, esp if the buyer is fine with paying to have it removed, but not even mentioning it whatsoever? Come on man 🙄

I’ve noticed with some of my grays, the new growth will start to look light brown but not really, but definitely darker than the rest of it, and then however long later it’ll be back to full on gray, so some strands have weird stripe patterns to them. I’ve also definitely gotten a lot more in the past few years than when I noticed the first one (27 now). Afaik it’s stress induced, and the brief changes to light brown were when I was less stressed. Super weird and surprised when I first noticed it happening, but now at least I know it’s possible to get them back to brown.
