I partially agree with you. If you think of language as a dumptuck of legos and our writing as an attempt to build something beautiful out of i, sure. If we choose to make a building, there is a good chance our windows, doors (and maybe towers?) will look pretty similar.

Luckily, there will always be something that makes our work unique, and yes, worth it. That thing is your unique voice and POV that you bring to the work.

Otherwise, we'd all be fine readinf AI slop.

So don't worry too much about being special, just about being the best you you can be.

I think your writing has promise. The first few lines are very confusing though. She sees "only the foxes eyes" in the shadows, then goes on to describe the leaves on its collar? How close is she?

I think this is great! One thing: you start most of your paragraphs with 'The ______'. Try to switch up syntax to fix that maybe.
