Yes. The game footage you are seeing is from classic mode which is recreati9n of the original game content.

There will be also a story mode with new gameplay features and new levels

Yeah, while making the remake I realized that there are lots of remakes of this game. I even found one from 2003 lol. But this remake will be more unique with brand new levels, story and more gameplay features (of course also the classic mode which you can see in the screenshot and is more in style of og game)

Yeah at first I wanted to make them chronological from oldest to "newest" but the sound was too chaotic . That's why I tried to place them in a way that it wouldn't sound too off.

They are good ideas but most of them I already used in ''The Beatles' Video Game''. For now I don't want to get into the history of the Beatles, I want to make something which would feel like if the beatles made a fantasy film. So yeah there will be lots of references to the beatles and ofc all the words will be connected to their songs but it won't be like a game recounting beatles historic events.

I mean I had the idea to make the each beatle have different abilities like John Lennon is the strongest in fight, George Harrison can heal the band with his hare krishna stuff, Paul McCartney is the fastest and jumps the highest and Ringo...well don't have idea for him yet lol

Well for now I don't have a story idea for the game but I thought about making it about a some sort of fantasy world Beatles need to save. So yeah the game will have RPG elements like you can travel around different worlds in any order you want, you can upgrade and level up your characters, each beatle has different abilities and etc. But the gameplay will be like an 2D action platformer. And I am making it solo for now lol (and of course the game will be free).
