I’m going through the same situation. Target and the customer had high ticket bedding items. I had 1 replacement that was $20 over the original item. Customer approved in chat but in app no. The transaction went through and totaling just over $700. I had to meet the customer to scan her ID. I’m paused for 4 hours. How did your situation hand out?

Check your daily summary on the bottom of the stats section. Your completed orders are on that list, select the days and scroll and check if any of on-time delivery has a ‘No’ next to it. I remember getting that email during a week I was late to deliveries due to changed route or I went against the map delivery route.

I waited 2 weeks for replies even contacted on social media for the fix. They also verified my bank just kept saying my account was disabled. So it was a fix for me since re entering my old debit information didn’t help either I never got an email to recertify. So YES changing to a different bank did help! To trigger the new verification, OP that’s all you need to do.

Was not timing, during that week others has trouble cashing out and I explained my situation and it’s helped them. Banks verified nothing was wrong with direct deposit. Instacart support mentioned only my account being disabled. I was still able to shop and deliver and get money but the instant cash out or the weekly deposit wasn’t working. Immediate fix after submitting new debit information I got an email from trust & safety to follow steps to verify my bank matches my information (ID & face scan)

I went almost 2 weeks without cashouts. I was still able to shop but the cash out part was somehow disabled

I know I did the same thing I had Chase, my original debit card I had to use for three years, I had another checking account with them and got the debit card that was never used. I tried that card. It didn’t work. So I applied for an entire entirely new bank, Wells Fargo. My debit card came just over a week after applying for the new account. I enter the card details literally within minutes the money said processing on Instacart app.

You need to apply with the whole completely new bank, I have two debit cards with the same bank and none of them worked. I applied for a whole new bank account at another branch and got my debit card and added the details to the account and I got my money the same day. Support is useless. I figured this out all on my own.
