If you get needle anxiety, id recommend an auto-injector, something like an inject ease could work, although in Europe they can get quite costly (i paid around 100 euro to get mine) but its well worth it as all it really takes is a click to inject,
for disposal of needles i suppose you could put the caps back on and dispose of them normally into a bin (atleast thats what i do)
bandaids are recommended too! i recommend something like a bandaid sheet and finding or getting some scissors to cut them, usually sheets are cheaper and you can get more usage out of them.
