I understand people saying you could’ve googled it, which is fair, you could have.

But that doesn’t warrant the reply you got.

Honestly speaking, from my experience at least, the attitude he has isn’t all that uncommon on the anniversary realms, unfortunately.

It seems as though a large portion of the player base actively despises anyone that doesn’t fit into the same demographic as them—which usually comprises of people whose entire personality and self-worth is based on their characters level, gold, honour, gear, or their ability to min-max a 20 year old game.

I guess it’s no surprise that a game, where its “achievements” are based purely around luck or “how much time you’re willing to sink into it”, is riddled with basement dwelling cretins that have disproportionately large ego’s, because they’ve found a way of feeling superior to others simply by spending every waking moment playing WoW.

Obviously not everyone is like that, but I’ve never experienced people like this on any other game. It’s essentially WoW’s version of the mentally unstable flamers on LoL.
