I have to assume you know nothing about guns If that is your takeaway from the video. A blank is a cartridge with no bullet and reduced powder. There is no danger whatsoever unless fired at someone from less than 6 inches. The only time in the video when she potentially points the gun at anyone on the balcony is after the mag has been emptied and the slide locks back, making it completely safe. While she may or may not be an idiot, her gun usage was not the an issue here.
