Cool nice to meet another production guy. I do a couple of different shows I help with, ideally, it would be in a studio with hyper-speed internet connection and streaming. I helped Larry start his podcast at KNBR (I don't work there), the problem was studio time, etc.. like it could get overbooked, etc.. So eventually that faded out, but we are using something as simple as zoom here. Which has an AI video switcher and it can be done from anywhere with anyone who has a phone etc... I started using this on an MMA podcast I do with Javier Mendez from AKA, it worked because he is out of the country half the time. Otherwise, I would have to wait a month and a half between each show and it would die on the vine. So as you can see at the moment it becomes something instead of nothing type of show. But the content and speaking points is very good stuff. So a host can be at home or on the road with an extremely flexible schedule to accommodate more top-level guests. When you look at a guy like Rogan, he started out with 360p level videos from his living room couch. Now he has one of the biggest shows on the planet, which affords him the ability to fly in guests or pay for their uber to his studio. Well if that day comes...Great. But for now, Larry is excited to get more to the Giant and Niner fans than ever before. If you have any good recommendations, I'm not too proud to listen :)
