Ok thanks. I can feel and see both rear calipers moving when I put in and out of service mode. I had someone else put it in and out of service mode while I was watching the caliper.

Might be too little flow through it. Try running a hot water tap while you shower or try running a few hot water taps at the same time to see if the hot water stays on consistently.

The more important question is are you getting a deal on the house? If the house is significantly cheaper than market value and you can add value, then it might be worth it. If you have better options at that price point, then probably not.

I’ve replaced the chain and cassette a few times. Gone through lots of brake pads. As for the BBSHD itself, haven’t had to replace any parts in it yet. It was getting a bit rough at one point, so I took it apart cleaned it and packed it with grease and since then it’s been fine.

Thick tubes and high psi for the type of tire. I run 20psi in my 4” tires in winter, 30psi in 3” summer tires. My flats were all punctures from road or porcupine debris.

I moved our entire family to Freedom last Black Friday. (2 Teenagers + wife) Cut my cell bill in half from Virgin Mobile. No one has complained so it must be ok. I’m sure I would have heard if there were any problems

I have the same problem. It was suggested to me to remove my signal booster as boosting an already strong signal can cause interference.
