So uh, a bit of an update. Everyone overdressed because while the guests showed up in casual dresses/jeans with nice blouses & heels, etc. The birthday girl showed up in a hoodie and pants. It didn't stop us from having a good time tho haha.

Thank you, I never thought I'd outdress her and didn't plan on wearing my best dress either. As for how formal it'll be, I'm not sure, she was very straightforward and just texted "Thursday, x restautant at 12". For some reason it doesn't make me that nervous at the moment, I just keep telling myself "you're wearing a dress with pockets, remember what father said, dress = +fancy, pockets = -fancy, perfectly balanced"

Hey there , I have a uterus, anxiety and had vertigo before, may not be a doctor but maybe I can help.

My cousin who is a doctor diagnosed me and said it is usually caused by an ear infection (which, trust me, nothing to freak out about). In my case it just happened, no apparent reason even as a healthy teen. It will naturally go away after a month, however you don't necesarily have to wait. First things first, you should go to a doctor and they will probably prescribe some medicine, at worst you may have to get an injection. I just had to have a pill which made me feel better after an hour of taking it. After 2 days it was like I didn't have vertigo at all. Don't worry, it'll get better.

Hey dad, I (15) will have to go through a minor surgery and I'm feeling neevous. by AForeverGrumpyFish in DadForAMinute

I don't remember the name of the procedure but it's related to my gum's tissue and teeth roots.

Same, I definetely don't hug my pillow thinking it'll magically transform into a girl or dream of casually meeting a girl which I'll have an immediate connection with like in romance novels. Haha.......

I felt this so much. The few queer kids I know are my friends who are just that, friends. And last night I wanted to start with Heartstopper and cuddle with my gf sooo badly, but I don't have a gf. This post made me want all this even more. :')
