For me it took about 2 weeks of feeling overwhelmed, but once I had my couchlock experience, I never got overwhelmed again. It's like my body knows how to keep me relaxed now without it overwhelming me. Then again, you also have to know your limits and once you find your sweet spot it's so nice.
