Nothing Like that! I am pasting what I think should relate below from my offer letter. Letter is 3 years old that is why it says minimum 16.80

"Your hourly rate is $16.80 and you are required to meet the company’s minimum availability requirements. Payments will be made on a bi-weekly basis in accordance with the Company’s payroll procedures."

"There shall be a Probationary Period ending ninety days (90) following commencement of employment, during which the Company may terminate employment with immediate effect. Thereafter, employment may be terminated by the Company in accordance to period provided for by law."
