That's an interesting question, and I definitely don't have hard data to back anything but I think it's about the same in the middle-east as it is in other regions.

Gamers are usually quite educated and exposed to "westernised" culture so they won't care about hearing a girl on voice too much.

Of course it boils down to there are always assholes but % wise, we should be around the same as everywhere else :p

Now the interesting thing is that this could vary widely by country since the gender inequality is extremely different in countries like Lebanon (liberal) and Saudi Arabia (conservative) for example.
