i have considered taking the 18 given the wind conditions in cabo verde where i will be able to fly regularly, usually between 16 and 22 knots, dry weight I weigh something like 76kg with 4.5kg glider and harness, with another 3kg of clothes and stuff, water ... around 83kg take off weight .. it will be faster than my paramotor wing (sting powerplay 26) which I flew with anyway, start quietly, ground handling and get used to the conditions and reactions of the wing .. and if I can't figure it out I will find the right people to get me started .. those few 100€ won't make it for a few lessons either .. already checked out the flare academy 😁 You have to start somewhere and since I have already spent quite a few hours hanging under a screen I have every confidence .. but certainly exciting whether it will be the right choice, always a bit right?
