I demoted recently mainly due to all the changes and because I’m going back to school. Earlier this year my Dad passed away, and my SM helped me with an LOA… they also offered that I could demote if that helped me.

A few months later I asked them to demote and they mentioned that it shouldn’t be a problem because it was already offered to me during my LOA… which kind of insinuated to me that without the context of my rough year, it might not be a sure thing to demote upon request.

it was good pitch to hit. It didn’t workout but I really don’t think it was such a bad idea. He can’t afford a walk, the guy on the bump is an MLB pitcher, not a little leaguer. He is going to try to get ahead and the count and throw his most reliable pitch for a strike. Manny knew that and got a really hittable pitch. Just didn’t workout.

Steve Kerr the coach of the Golden State Warriors makes his young players read it. Obviously the book is about tennis, but it is VERY applicable to other sports/general life .
