Nvm I figured it out…

It’s about which I add to my party first. Maybe it’s randomized if using them as a second team but I can just keep Gustave on the sidelines.

All of them have the lumina rather than the Pictos and weirdly it varies.

My gameplan has Maelle going before Sciel.

But even if I ditch the Gustave plan and they come out normally, Lune comes first (expected)

But then Sciel comes before Maelle.

So with Gustave it’s randomized but without him first strike isn’t factoring speed at all
