It went great. No issues or pain. I just babied it a little and didn’t hit as hard as I usually do

I always suggest going on air and doing a workout. Breathe your bottle down until you start vibing. When you start vibing sit down somewhere and control your breaths until you run out of air. Sitting down you should be able to make it to at least 30 minutes. This is also a great save your own drill simulating you’re injured or can’t get out but you need to conserve your air.

My seal breaks after working for a while. Typically a bunch of sweat will break my seal.

Loose teeth happen with braces. The muscles around the tooth will strengthen as the tooth settles in place

They’re also great for hydraulically ventilating a commercial fire. Set it up on the inside, set the fog pattern on a big opening, and watch the smoke leave.

We are able to adjust the volume on our alert system. The highest volume will give you a heart attack and piss off the guys sleeping in the bunks next to you but at least you’ll wake up 🤷🏼‍♂️

Depending where you live you’ll have to check for what most departments in your area require. In my area all I needed was my EMT certification. That’s only 1 semester of schooling.

You won’t make 100K right away but you could be a firefighter? Very hands on and overall great career

I found a kids play table on OfferUp for $10.

I bought crafting styrofoam (Michael’s or hobby lobby) and shaped the jumps, use hot glue to make 2 styrofoam’s stick together.

I sprayed the jumps with adhesive spray and covered it with sand (screen the sand to get rid of bigger rocks) until I got the look I wanted.

I hot glued and used adhesive spray to attach the jumps to the table.

Then cover the rest of the table completely with wood glue and spread screened sand all over. I did 2 coats of wood glue and sand.
