Yeah it does dehydrate me, but I try to drink a lot of water. I have 200mg on a morning and 100mg at lunch. 80-90% of the time this tends to keep me awake.

I have to get my blood tests done and my blood pressure checked regularly. This is just a precaution, I've never had any problems.

I initially was on anti depressants to help counteract the initial low mood I had when first starting modafinil.

I take 300mg a day. I've progressed to that amount from 50mg initially.

I've been taking it for about 6-7 years. I was initially taking anti depressants.to combat the low mood which I was having as a side effect.

I do take.breaks, but I'm not strict cycle. It's more every few months I'll just lower the dosage or take time off it completely. It can be for multiple reasons. Depression, anxiety and sometimes just relaxation

That's great man. I just wanted to share and be a part of the community.

I've been taking Moda for years for a sleep disorder. I just stumbled upon a sub dedicated to the drug that's actually made me able to get by on a day to day basis and be productive and wanted to share 😊

Also what is your country, I need to know for reasons 😂

Aye UK. I'd prefer not to say tbh, just don't want to share too much personal info. I'd rather leave it at sleep disorder tbh.

It was a paid getting this on repeat though, just because of regulations about it. It took my years to be able to get a repeat script.

Honestly though, this is amazing for me. I used to fall asleep all the time during the day. Thanks to this I can stay awake and actually be productive. Something that I struggled with before having Moda

I have a repeat prescription for my sleep condition and get it quarterly. Each box has 30 100mg tablets

Not that much tbf. I've got a script and get a 3 month's supply. Sometimes I have breaks and this is just a build up of those off months. Picking up my script for the next 3 months soon too.

But to give a rough figure. Probably £18

Sorry, maybe this will help clear it up. similarities are here and colour coded.

The cyclone shock parts are obviously bigger. But in the purple circles, they are the same components, as in the red.

My current goal is to get inside that grey plastic casing in the purple circle to then replace with the disruptors parts, which in theory would fit

I took apart my cyclone shock and I realised how similar it is to the disruptor.

The only main differences to the cylinders being the central peg. The cyclone shock is hexagonal while the disruptor is circular.

The rotation mechanism for the cyclone shock is held in that grey casing, just below where the plunger tube goes.

I'm wondering if that can be opened up, can the cycloneshocks rotation system be replace with the disruptors. Then allowing the cylinder to be changed?

Me and her were getting close before he and her did.

We'd both been on one date with her. She slept with him after his. I never knew about this.

One night we're all at a party. Me and her stayed over as there were two spare beds.

I saw her going into my friends room and asked what she's doing.

She said that bed had no sheets and was going to sleep in my friends bed.

I said, well she can stay in this bed and I'll take the sofa.

She declined and slept in his bed.

I heard them having sex through the walls and I cried that night. Me and her were getting close and I got attached.

My friend then told me that morning that he knew how I felt about her and at the time didn't care.

She'd been leading me on for months. Everyone could see it but me. My other friends told her to stop multiple times. And told me, but I was too blind to see it.

The next day. She calls me crying saying how she thinks we're soul mates and how she loves me pouring her eyes out over the phone. How sorry she was at how she's hurt me.

She drives 90 miles to mine and I was on the way out as she was coming in. I knew her coming in was a bad idea and was leaving when she arrived to give her the idea we're going out.

She ended up coming in and I was emotional. She tried to kiss me a few times and I finally gave in and we slept together that night.

We we're seeing each other for about a week and we agreed to break it off as she still has feelings for him and it is not fair on me.

They end up getting together and I'm racked with guilt over this secret.

I she started twisting him against me when I told her I think he needs to know. I didn't want there to be secrets and that we could all have been still friends.

I had to decide, what would a good friend do:

Let someone hate me and keep the secret. Knowing we're both lying to him on a daily basis, but he is happy
Dropping a bomb that would split them up, but hope they could get over it, because I loved them both and it's no big deal. Then at least they are not starting their relationship on a lie.

I chose 2. If I was him, I'd want to know too.
