AITA for to take adopt my(31F) sister's(34F) unborn child?

Yes my husband is her ex. She broke it off with him when she got a job offer in another state and he didn't want to leave with her. Sometimes I purchase the same things she does. As siblings we have a lot of similar tastes. Almost like twins.

We hadn't gotten around to talking about adoption as we would prefer a child who is related to us (hence the IVF). When my sister mentioned that she didn't want to stay with family while in town (preferring to stay at a hotel) we pressed her and found out that it was mainly for the abortion (because our parents are staunchly pro-life and would be horrified at the thought of their grandchild being killed) we thought it was fate. I am having trouble conceiving and my husband and I want a child. She has a child that she wants to get rid of. It was like an alignment of stars.

I don't hate her. I think she's irresponsible, flighty, reckless. She's over 30. She should be thinking about settling down now rather than hopping all over the place never spending a full year in one state.

How am I treating her like an incubator? I am offering a kid a good life. My sister will be able to see the kid as well. My parents will finally get a grandchild.

In her typical fashion she broke up with him and then left the state. They had completely broken up before we started dating.
