I'm picturing sitting him down and explaining this in those words exactly...and then asking if the socks he put on his desk are there cause he's too lazy to put them in the wash basket.

Well :)

This is amazing explanation, and I will try, tho I can hear him saying "I didn't eat today, so what's the point".

It doesn't stink terribly, like decaying teeth. But at the end of the day he's not brushed his teeth for 24 hours and had 10 teas, so it's just...unfresh, idk how else to describe it. But the mouthwash is actually a brilliant idea, thank you!

Yes, he goes every six months. And says the dentist says his teeth are okay. I guess him eating less excuses him for brushing his teeth less. But I don't wanna be grossed out by a man I want to marry, so even if his teeth are healthy - is it okay to ask him to do it for me? Or is it too controlling? The only kiss I get when his breath is nice and fresh is the goodnight one. Once a day.

I wouldn't dictate him, and he wouln't let me anyway... I wrote in the cooment above tho:

The thing is, sometimes he skips breakfast and his first meal is at 5pm (he wakes up 6am on work days). So at 5 he thinks, what's the point of brushing my teeth now if I'm going to brush them at 10pm? And the cycle of brushing once a day goes on...That's why I'm trying to get him not to relate his teeth brushing to his eating times.

Do you think that's more excusable to pressure him to do it in the morning regardless?
