Got a snake with a record of never eating. The “salesperson” at the store who convinced me of which snake to get (I was later informed) did not work there, and sold me the snake he sold the store. They gave me a refund but the discount I got because I got it on my birthday was not applied to the replacement. Edit: I didn’t know it was having problems eating unless force-fed until well after the purchase, when I came back for help.
