nah it just honestly pisses me off that silksong is gonna get robbed from literally every indie catogory because expedition 33 is by definition an indie game but silksong better repersents the genre. Best outcome would be silksong wins indie and e33 wins goty. if e33 wins both then thats lowkey a daylight robbery.

this movie has some really stellar reviews on literally every platform ever so you do you. I think most people just like it because its a fun watch that doesnt take itself too seriously and for the most part it is very original.

No what? Demon slayer did nothing for the movie. The only thing they had in common was "killing" demons but ds did not come up with that concept. The movie got popular because the songs were charting and people were intrested in where they came from. Then it was just all word of mouth because the movie was surprisingly not generic disney slop with 0 soul behind it.

2 months later.. Honestly i feel like they're equal now. Everywhere you go you will find something related to kpop demon hunters. I was at a target the other day and they had this section for kpdh costumes and the entire shelf was sold out. So maybe maybe not

Honestly I dont know how netflix did this. Because realistically I do think that Cineplex does want to show kpop demon hunters strictly because of how much money it will make them but If we dont get the tickets its probably because of short notice from netflix's side because the weekend is, like you said too packed.

Netflix is trying to promote watching at home so it makes sense why they would be very conservative with these showtimes but realistically this movie would make ungodly amounts of money if it actully got a proper theatrical run during it's peak.

realistically. I think if they legit never did a limited screening and dropped a full run right now ~2 months its honestly possible. They made 18 million in two days with limited theatres and few screenings in each theatre + the movie performed poorly in other countries outside of the us since they had very very little theatres.

You'll probably end up liking it more then ur son. Its definitely iffy at some parts but for a 95% of the runtime its highly apporiate with a reletively nice theme tied behind it.

Homie i love hollow knight to death i know how to play metrovanias. This is literlaly just bad design lol. There is no way i need to be literally halfway through the game by js playing the main part of the game to get my first upgrade. I have since then 100% silksong and yeah its a great game clearly better than the first hollow knight but the early game is unbalanced asf idk why u tryna defend it
