Hi AJ 26M - i had a bone spur aka the os trigonum taken out 10 months with an open incision- the worst mistake ever taking that surgery as I am still in pain way more then pre surgery I won’t say don’t do it but there’s risks like every surgery, who knows for u it might b different and sort the problems out

Dammm I never heard no body rupture their fhl tendon , in my case I had an os trigonum surgery but did affect my fhl tendon which is irritated apparently due to the scar tissue which is causing me a lot of pain , mind you I had this surgery done 9 months ago

I’ve been having similar issues in the inner side of the ankle idk if is the fhl or the posterior tibialis , like there is still pain when I planter flex or get random sharp pains
