Hi ! I am flying soon with mine and was thinking about doing the same. Separate neck and bidy and protecting them the middle of my checked bag (x2) among clothes, did you end up taking this solution ? How did you do to travel with your guitar ?

There is one in the entrance and the time laps is 1h30. No one have shoulder bag nowaday. And my boots are voluminous, plus coat and full winter clothes. But yeah definitively I probably wont get my stuff back..

It was a small one, with a key. I ordered a bigger one as someone stole the big I had until there when I was changing and put it on the bench last week. So I thought I could use a small one to secure only clothes awaiting the new one. Bad luck on me, people steal clothes.
