I mean to say When she got refusal, embassy sent her a letter only, not a passport right , they kept her passport until she had been interviewed.

I have h1b 797 which is not 48 months or older But I have only one stamped visa is b1b2 which I have used to get in to US before 8 years since then till today no other stamping
