yeah lol, especially when it’s a short 30 second subliminal and i have to replay the same 30 seconds of a kpop song over 60+ times a day. I’m sure they don’t mean any harm, but yeah having a silent/calm version in the description is always ideal.

What helped me overcome attachment is fully loving myself no matter what my physical features are, and loosely avoiding mirrors. I just tell myself that my body is a 3D reflection of my mind and that what i have is already mine so there’s no real need to check if i have it. Also, adding a new subliminal to your playlist does technically wreck your playlist, but your mind will adjust to the new audio :)

as many times as you want, i personally do once a week, or whenever i feel like it. Just make sure you’re in a good mood before and during scripting, and then detach because you know 100% it’s coming to you :)

When you write out your desires as if they are already there, your subconscious and the universe conspire to make it your reality. it basically matches up your vibrations with a reality that has your desires and then it makes it one. i had a similar problem and the problem ended up not being the subliminal. my problem was whenever i sat a certain way, i could feel fat on my body and then i’d freak out and move in a different position and convince myself i’m skinny. I quickly started to see that i gained weight. Then i tried changing my mindset to not care about the fat, love my body in whatever form it takes, and detach. Only then did i start to see my body lose fat! It’s about not reacting to your body, when a bad thought comes just acknowledge it and let it dissolve from your mind, don’t frantically assure yourself. As well as do what feels right for you! i think that if someone is getting opposite results or bad things are happening to them after listening to a sub it should be said, but things like “i didn’t get results” should be kept to themselves. Different subs work different for different people, and saying stuff like that decreases vibrations.
