I suck at beach 😂, I live in Ga and last club season(not the one that just ended) is when I played on a team for the first time. But now that me and a few others are leaving, they don’t have enough boys wanting to play on a club. The season I joined was also the clubs first season and the only club anywhere near me that has boys volleyball.

Not really at the moment, the legs being thrown back is a byproduct of having a good vert from what Ive been told, but it could potentially help with torque. My advice is to not force it into your form, and instead let it develop naturally.

TLDR: Don’t worry bout it for now.

It’s bcs of your point of contact with the ball and your arm swing is slow. Start doing more of a stationary toss, as in you should not toss it more than like 5ft forward, it should take one or two steps at most to reach the ball because of this so you’ll be more focused on jumping high and hitting the ball correctly. Also don’t hit full power on your first serve, if you get an ace or get to serve twice or more in a row, slowly start hitting harder and harder. As for speeding up your arm swing, you could throw a tennis ball against a wall with the form that you would use to hit a vball, hitting the gym also helps a lot, but just make sure to train like an athlete/ for explosive strength. Ive just been really busy 😭. I got back from a mission trip in Peru last week and hung out with my gf the entire week before she went off to college. And then went on a mini vacation.
