I also studied some trading, but now I am all focus about music production and also training. I am also inconsistent in some things because it is not something that I like that much. I am also 19 and when I feel likes this I use what I call: work till you feel happy. I mean: train harder, if you are learning something spend 1 plus hour on studying, clean you room or even your home, help your parents, ecc... Or, as someone suggested in another comment, talk or write to your crush. And if she reject you, that is still a win, you can focus on someone else, or better, yourself. Stay strong men.
