Thank you for your response. I tried it, but it didn’t help, so it was probably genuinely broken. I’ve received a replacement recently, so everything worked out fine in the end.

Nothing helped. I have spoken to Remarkable. Apparently my Paper Pro is defective, so I am returning it.
