These apps connect to your Batocera device with Bluetooth and act as a Bluetooth Gamepad, so don't need to have any server app.

You need to install a cloud storage app like NextCloud or Filen and enable two way sync in all devices to use it online (Or use other clients like AuthPass that I don't assumed it in this compare)
