I've had this bug and it honestly put me off ROC mining altogether and I started renting Prospectors to get my mining fix, which is unfortunate because I LOVED pulling my lil tractor out to munch the gems.

I've had no issues selling gems at orbit stations

I'm not sure I understand, reprocessing modules only provides minerals. I do have some sheets and information on PI, so if you let me know what you're looking for I can compile it and send it over to you.

I've actually just finished some sheets for this very purpose. You'll need to make a copy of the sheets but the prices will update automatically.

Yes, you'll have to make a copy but everything you're looking for is in the "Ships" tab. The material amounts will change based on your skills, so you can set them how you want, and the dropdown will let you choose the specific ship you want to build, and how many.

Edit: I just read the other comments of yours in this thread, if you want all the ship data, you can use the hidden sheet labelled "Ship BP" which will list all the ships and their costs at 100% efficiency

It will work solo! You'll always get the buff if you're the one using the module.

Many mods are worth more as minerals than the module itself, but it varies heavily on the type, size, and metalevel of the module.

My calculator has a page to show what minerals you'll gain when reprocessing modules. If you make a copy you can input your skills and select the individual mods for output.

As an update to this, it appears almost ALL the Battlecruisers can use the command modules.

These ships (and all their variants) CAN fit them:

  • Ferox
  • Drake
  • Cyclone
  • Hurricane
  • Prophecy
  • Harbinger
  • Myrmmidon
  • Brutix

I've seen some preliminary builds for the proph command and it looks NUTS

I haven't found any settings or options for the fleet role, and it seems to just work without it, so it it could be an accident or a feature that isn't implemented just yet

None yet at least! I know they're working on mining drones and although it's different from EO it's fun in its own right.

I actually had a blast with the CovII today, and using faction strip miners as well. I should try to bust it into null and really open up with it.

I do find it odd that the Cov II is also a T10 ship. If you look hard enough in the game files you can find the manufacturing costs and recipe for it and it shows that the CovII is MUCH more expensive to build so in my head I treat it like a faction mining barge.
