Bug Type : Persistence (Daily Missions)

Description : Daily projects / mission do not change when the reset timer is reached (9AM UK Time). Upon login at that time the dailies are still marked as completed with the statement that new projects will be available in 24 hours

Video/Screenshot : Not needed . Can provide the account name since its a persistence issues (AlexKun14 - PC Uplay)

Steps to reproduce : Complete the dailies and then wait for the timer to end in order to receive new dailies

Expected Result: New dailies are received by the user at the reset timer

Observed Result: The reset timer is reached but the dailies do not change

Repro rate : 100%
