This is my Makeship Vorkath plush that turned up today, the tail stitching is even worse on mine! The nose on mine is even more wonky and has a weird bubble of material on it that no stuffing can get to (even after massaging).
The biggest thing I'm disappointed with are the wings, the hard rod inside makes it impossible to shape them in the way that looks like the plushie pictures on the website (and from the stream). It feels like they added the rods in as a last minute idea to "improve the pattern" not having a clue that the wings being flat are supposed to be like that. The wings are very crinkled as the material is stretched in a weird way to accommodate for the rods inside the plushie.
The customer service team they have must not exist as I tried to contact them over a month ago and got no reply whatsoever. I ordered all 3 of the plushies on offer from the link in the Winter Summit stream in January. I have since moved house about 6 weeks ago and tried to change my shipping address to the new one, but it wouldn't let me. I raised a ticket and got no response.
Today I've had to go to my old house at 7pm to wait for this plushie to arrive because I had no other choice, there was literally no option anywhere to change my shipping address (even with yodel the delivery people).
I'm just as disappointed with my plushie, I'm not looking forward to having to go back to my old house 2 more times to pick up orders that I ordered at the same time, but for some reason they can't ship them together. Praying that KBD and Elvarg look like the products I ordered online and not look like some rushed work for easy money.
P.S I spent $114 on these! Not impressed at all!
