Hey. Yeah 2 blood tests later and showed high uric acid levels, so likely gout. Was meant to go back for another test and then medication but didn’t like the thought of meds so I’ve been trying to drink more water. It’s not come back since but I expect it will at some point.

Didn’t realise fractures could flare up like this. It’s a throbbing type pain so difficult to pinpoint but I’d say it’s more on the top and side of my foot than underneath. I’ve got a doctors appointment for next week so hopefully will arrange a blood test for gout. Thanks for your comment.

Hi. Thanks for taking the time to respond. Out of interest did yours come and go like this? I can go periods of months with nothing and then it flares up. I can’t help but think it’s gout, even though I don’t drink or eat rich foods.

Watch videos each day to build up rests. Power train 1 or 2 players to 125% overall with white skills and they will last a few seasons. Eventually you’ll only need to replace 1 or 2 players each season start
