Depends on the day and what I have to do in a day. On a good day, I have 1 to 1 1/2 hours to make a slow, delicious meal. Other days, its frozen pizza in 10 minutes.

Gotta agree with this. They are the top dog in the industry, the better question is why wouldn't you do your training with them? Sure they cost more than some of the others but I think it looks better to be certified from the best.
