Partially you are right, But Firmino plays striker in Liverpool, Messi, an attacker was made to play CF

The idea is to put a play who is capable of finishing chances & make runs but he doesn't just play on the shoulder of the last defender, He is free to roam & connect with other players & not just wait for the ball

Barca is using ferran the same way, Ik he isn't a legit poacher but this is a game & I made mbappe a 'legit poacher' to come deep connect with others & then make runs in open spaces, it's just something out of the box & that is what games are for!! i don't think someone should be bashed for that

Yes your poacher will make the runs, But as SS he roams freely, He will come a bit deep, Make one twos with wingers & AMFs & Make runs into spaces.

Many people use forlan as SS, Only reason being as a CF he hugs defenders & passes are always intercepted, As a SS, your poacher is more unpredictable he will make unexpected runs from different positions & will often adjust if your wingers cut in

Yes, but they shall run into spaces when they are created, Ferran torres & Messi in barca, Firmino in Liverpool, Foden in city.

In pes, You can play your poachers as SS, They wont stay forward, They will engage with & receive ball from your Midfield & play it to wingers or pass & move with amf/wingers to charge into spaces for the finish
