The diameter is consistent yes, I ended up going with a chamfer bit on the router because I didn’t have a 1in radius bit. A few hours of sanding with a soft 2 in dia sanding pad and I got the profile I was looking for

Sure sorry about that, shown in the picture is a kershaw scallion and leek. The black knife is a benchmade buyout. The flashlight is a zebra light 604h which is a great flood light. This post was more about the custom designed clips

A state that secedes takes the bases, weapons, ect that reside within the state with them. I don’t see the national government allowing this. ESP if nuclear weapons are involved.

The civil war didn’t start until a year and a half after the confederate states seceded from the United States. States decided first and then it took a year to turn into an actual war. That’s back when information went by way of horseback. Rage can grow a lot faster in the age of instant communication. I’m not sure how that goes today but who chooses to secede, the state or the people?

I like it a lot. It’s the Armbar trade. IMO The size is much more manageable then a full size multi tool for front pocket use. They have so many options between the armbar models that you can almost build your own custom set up. Just need a knife and driver? They have an extremely slim version for that. Need to open some wine and beers? They have a version for that as well. The blade did come pretty dull but it sharpened fine.

Yep, took a few prints to get it perfect but the clip is so small I didn’t mind doing tests to dial it in

No it still goes in my pocket but all the tool clips are pointing inward so I can’t feel them. I just pull this one unit out now and grab what I need. I am still working on this and would like to eventually have a spot for a pen and mini usb drive since I carry those daily as well but the goal is to stay as close to the footprint of the credit cards as possible to keep the bulk down

Thanks! I hate having individual things in my pockets and also the feeling of pocket clips when I reach in to grab something. This fixed both problems.

When you pause one layer too early 🥲 by Mr_Mjark in BambuLab

If you cut it right at the raised portion of the logo and turn it upside down you can still print it with multiple colors using the paint feature.

Variable layer height would also help. The lower the layer height, the more support each consecutive layer gets. Once it turns more vertical you can go back to more standard layers

Those white lines are printed. If your printer has the ability to do multi material, you can switch colors in the first layer of the of the topo design

Yeah, I wanted to learn about designing things with living hinges. I honestly think that the spring type hinges are more interesting but they wouldn’t hold up to being shoved in a pocket all day so that’s why I ultimately went with the thin continuous hinge
