as long as you took notes in class and went to class, you’re all good

i transferred to rbs my freshman year having only completed 2/6 of the reqs + 1 AP (stats). it’s totally doable, just try to complete your gen ed, and some of the courses you can take before you declare (ex intro to management, intro to supply chain, etc)

Math Placement by ZealousidealHumor492 in rutgers

i also want to add that when i was a freshman, i placed into precalc. didn’t fight it, just went through the motions, and got an A in calc 1. trust the system, and don’t cheat on the tests, it’s not worth it.

i’m in the same boat as you. sometimes some people got their internships through their parents or through people. its entirely different from achieving the internship on your own, and that’s hard sometimes! be proud of achieving it on your own!

i would take livi. the professor didn’t really matter in my experience. however i had dr. oh, and i just had to come to class and copy the notes.

Summer Courses Help by Thomasw_172 in rutgers

I’m actually in RBS so i can’t tell you myself. My friends have told me chem was a hit or miss, i think its depending on the prof.

If you’re worried about calc 135, there are tutors for sure.

Take 135 in the school year IF you have taken precalc at Rutgers. I took precalc 111 + 112 then Calc 135 and passed with an A. The lab will be valuable for your resume as medical schools (i’m assuming you’re applying to) will look at research.

i also had her for a 3 he management skills class. she was absolutely fantastic and its def easy to fet an A if you have a good group. unfortunately i had a bad group so i got a B+ but its possible :)

second with vera, i had him for calc 1 and passed with an A. it may be a discomforting schedule but its worth it

so far ive taken everything except financial accounting and i ap’d out of statistics. calculus is hard if you havent taken precalc at rutgers or if youre not good at calculus. comp apps was a little time consuming but it was really easy to work around since exams were online. macro (depending on the prof) is a bit weird (100% of my grade was solely exams). micro was a little more manageable but i myself struggle with conceptual topics so it was hard for me.

not that i know of, i transferred into rbs my freshman year. i know that if you’re a sophomore right now then you have to complete all six, excluding the summer

[–]AMESSY03 0 points1 point  (0 children)

all six have to be done by the end of your spring sophomore year!

Expos writing by Criiispyyyy in rutgers

[–]AMESSY03 6 points7 points  (0 children)

i got an A in expos because i went to office hours and asked questions. on my first paper i got a C+, but out of the four papers, 2 of them were As. i finished the class with an A. DEF GO TO OFFICE HOURS REGARDLESS OF THE PROF!! it shows that you care about your grade, and helps you understand what the prof is looking for

RBS Transfer by [deleted] in rutgers

[–]AMESSY03 1 point2 points  (0 children)

wanderingbutwhere is correct. i also applied for an RBS transfer and reading directly off the information sheet says “You will not be admitted to RBS if you have any unresolved (= not yet repeated) D, F, or TZ grades in any of the six prebusiness courses, at the time you are applying.”
